We offer standard sedans, premium cars, minivans, and luxury options. Specific requests are subject to availability.

5. Is the driver fee already included?

Yes, the price already includes the driver’s service.

6. What if my flight is delayed for airport pickup?

We include a 60-minute grace period. Delays beyond that may incur waiting charges.

7. Do you offer English-speaking or multilingual drivers?

Yes, upon request and subject to availability. Extra charges may apply.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, PayPal (on request), and cash (by agreement).

9. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel >24h: free. Cancel <24h: 50% fee. Cancel <6h or no-show: 100% fee.
