Terms and Conditions

General Terms

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of a vehicle with a driver ("Service") provided by PT. GLOBAL DEWATA INTERNUSA ("Company") to the renter ("Client").
2. The Service is provided for private or corporate use only, not for illegal or unauthorized commercial activities.
3. Rental duration, routes, and usage are subject to prior agreement between the Client and the Company

Rental Charges and Inclusions

1. The standard rate includes:
   • Vehicle
   • Professional driver
   • Fuel (within agreed area or limit)
   • Basic insurance
2. The following may incur additional charges:
   • Overtime (if service exceeds booked hours)
   • Toll roads, parking, entrance tickets
   • Long-distance or out-of-area travel
   • Driver accommodation (for overnight trips)
   • Specific vehicle requests (luxury, large capacity, etc.)

Airport Pickup Policy

1. Airport pickup includes 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual arrival time.
2. Clients must provide accurate flight information. Delays due to incorrect flight details are the responsibility of the Client.
3. Additional waiting time beyond the grace period may be charged per hour or fraction thereof.
4. Meet & Greet service with signage can be provided upon request at an extra charge

Multilingual Driver Service

1. Upon request, the Company can provide a driver with proficiency in foreign languages such as English, Mandarin, Japanese, or others (subject to availability).
2. Multilingual driver service must be requested in advance and may incur an additional fee.
3. While multilingual drivers assist with basic communication, they are not certified translators or tour guides unless specifically stated.

Booking and Payment Terms

1. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit, payable by:
   • Bank transfer
   • Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
   • E-wallets (e.g., OVO, GoPay, DANA, etc.)
2. Full payment must be made:
   • At least 1 day before service date (for standard rentals), or
   • Immediately upon pickup (for walk-in or same-day rentals)
   • Corporate or long-term rentals may be invoiced monthly by agreement.

Client Responsibilities

1. Clients must:
   • Treat the vehicle with care and avoid damage
   • Follow driver safety instructions and applicable laws
   • Avoid smoking, eating strong-odor foods, or consuming alcohol inside the vehicle
2. The Client is liable for:
   • Damage to the vehicle caused by misuse
   • Cleaning fees for spills, stains, or excessive dirt
   • Any illegal actions conducted during the rental

Driver and Company Responsibilities

1. The driver will:
   • Operate the vehicle safely and professionally
   • Arrive on time at the designated pickup point
   • Refuse any requests that are illegal, unsafe, or outside the scope of service
2. The Company reserves the right to:
   • Substitute the vehicle in case of breakdown or emergency
   • Refuse service to individuals engaging in abusive or inappropriate behavior

Insurance and Liability

1. Basic liability insurance is included as per local transport regulations.
2. Insurance does not cover:
   • Loss or theft of personal items
   • Accidents caused by client negligence or misconduct
3. The Company’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific booking.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for service disruptions due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, traffic accidents, or government restrictions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
2. Any disputes will first be resolved through mutual discussion.
3. If unresolved, the matter shall be brought to a competent court in Denpasar.

Acceptance of Terms

1. By making a booking or using the service, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
2. These Terms may be updated at any time. The version applicable is the one in effect at the time of booking confirmation.
